A real range in rupees, then a fixed quote.

A price list would be dishonest, because scope moves the number more than anything else. So here is where most first builds land, and for Indian clients the commercial specifics are on this page in full.

Most first builds land between

₹1,00,000 and ₹5,00,000

A first working version of one core system. Your quote is fixed and itemised.

If that is far from your budget, say so. We will tell you honestly whether a call is worth your time, and point you somewhere cheaper if it is not.

The commercial specifics for Indian clients

These are the parts a business here actually needs pinned down before signing anything, and they are the reason this page is separate from the international one.

Quoted and invoiced in rupees

Indian clients are quoted in INR and invoiced in INR with GST applied correctly, so there is no currency conversion to argue about and nothing for your accountant to reconcile against a foreign invoice.

A proper GST invoice, every time

You get a tax invoice with our GSTIN, the correct HSN or SAC code and the tax shown separately, which is what you need to claim input credit. It is issued at the point of payment, not chased afterwards.

TDS handled without a quarterly puzzle

If you deduct tax at source on our invoices, that is expected and fine. We track what was deducted against each invoice so the difference between invoiced and paid is never a mystery at the end of the quarter.

Pay the way you already pay

UPI, NEFT, RTGS or bank transfer against a proper invoice. Payment is milestone-based against the modules in your quote, so you are never paying far ahead of delivered work.

Roughly where projects land

Not a price list, and not a quote. These are the bands we use to sort an enquiry into a sensible first conversation, and they are wide on purpose because scope moves the number far more than anything else.

  • Under ₹1,00,000
  • ₹1,00,000 to ₹5,00,000
  • ₹5,00,000 to ₹15,00,000
  • Over ₹15,00,000
  • Not sure yet

What actually moves the number is on the international pricing page, which explains the five things that make a project bigger. That analysis is the same wherever you are.

Three shapes an engagement takes

Most clients start with the first and move to the second. The third is for businesses that want a partner rather than a project.

Where most people start

Automation audit

Anyone who suspects there is waste but cannot yet name it

A structured look at where your week goes, which of your tools are earning their keep, and what would pay off first. It ends in a written plan you can act on with us, with someone else, or on your own.

Book an automation audit

Fixed-scope build

A defined problem you want solved and handed over

We agree exactly what gets built and what it costs, then build it. The commonest shape: a first working version of a system covering your core record and the screens your day needs, delivered in usable pieces.

Request a quote

Ongoing partner

Businesses improving continuously rather than once

A monthly arrangement covering support for what we have built plus an agreed amount of improvement work. Suits owners who want a technology partner on call rather than a project that ends.

Talk about a retainer

Questions about cost in India

Most first builds for Indian businesses land between ₹1,00,000 and ₹5,00,000. That is a first working version of one core system, such as your customer or job record plus the screens your team uses every day. Integrations with Tally or other software, a large data migration, or a portal your own customers log into all move it up. You get a fixed quote in rupees, itemised by module, before anything starts.

Tell us the number in your first message. Sometimes the honest answer is that a well-configured off-the-shelf product, or one small automation, gets you most of the way for far less, and we will say so. If a smaller first phase makes sense we will scope that instead of quoting for everything at once.

No. Payment is split into milestones against the modules in your quote, so you are never paying far ahead of work you can see. Each invoice can be paid by UPI, NEFT, RTGS or bank transfer.

Yes. The first forty-five minute conversation and the written summary that follows are free, and the summary is yours to keep whether or not you work with us. A deeper paid assessment is only suggested when it is genuinely needed, and it is quoted separately.

Get a real number for your actual situation.

Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will come back with an itemised written quote in rupees, or tell you honestly that you do not need us.
