Nobody should be retyping a quote at nine in the evening.
Quotes, contracts, invoices, plans and monthly reports are almost always the same document with different values. When they are produced by copying last time's file and editing it, they go out slowly and sometimes carry last client's name.
What changes for you
- Quotes out in minutes, while you are still the front-runner
- No stale figures or wrong names surviving into a sent document
- Invoices consistent enough to stop being an accounting problem
- The monthly reporting cycle handed back to whoever was doing it
Why this comes up
The copy-the-last-one method is how most small businesses produce documents. It is fast until it is not: a stale figure survives, a name is missed, a version gets sent that was not meant to go out, and the correction costs more credibility than the document earned.
Reports have the same shape. Somebody exports data, pastes it into a spreadsheet, formats it, and sends it round. Every month. Identically.
What we actually hand over
Not a feature list. These are the pieces of work, and each one is quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for.
- 01
Your templates, filled from your data
The documents keep your branding and your wording. Only the values come from the system, so what goes out is right by construction rather than by proofreading.
- 02
Quotes that become the next step
A quote assembled from your priced catalogue, sent, tracked, and turned into a job or an invoice on acceptance without anybody retyping the numbers.
- 03
Correct, sequential invoicing
Invoices raised from real work, numbered without gaps, with taxes applied consistently and payment status tracked against them.
- 04
Reports that arrive on their own
The monthly or weekly pack built and delivered on schedule, to you or to your clients, with no export-paste-format cycle.
- 05
Every version kept
What was sent, when, to whom, and by whom. When a client refers to what they received, you can produce exactly that.
When this is the wrong thing to buy
One-off, genuinely bespoke documents should still be written by a person. This is for the ones you produce repeatedly from the same shape.
How the work usually runs
Usually a fast, high-satisfaction piece of work: we start from your existing templates, so the first generated document looks familiar on day one.
The full processDocuments in a specific sector
Where the problem is different enough to be worth its own page, it has one. Sectors not listed here are not a gap — the work is the same, and a page that only changed the noun would not help you judge us.
Law firms
Every practice has a precedent folder, and every practice has sent something with the wrong party in the third paragraph. Nobody is being careless. The document was assembled by editing the closest match, and the closest match had itself been assembled that way.
Trades and field service
In field work, speed is most of the win. A quote written up at nine in the evening and sent the next afternoon is competing against one the customer already has, and the price rarely decides it.
