What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (a contact enquiry, a quote request, or one of our free tools) we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, company, phone number and message. We also record basic attribution data (how you reached us) and your IP address for spam prevention.
Booking a call
If you book a call through the calendar on our contact page, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which receives the name, email and any note you enter, and sends the calendar invitation. The calendar runs in a frame served by Cal.com, under Cal.com's privacy policy. If you arrive at the calendar from one of our tools or the contact form, we prefill the booking note with a short summary of what you entered there, which you can edit or delete before booking.
Analytics and cookies
We measure how the site is used so we can fix pages that do not help. Depending on configuration we use up to three services:
- Google Analytics 4, for which pages people visit, where they arrive from, and whether they reach a form or a booking. Advertising features and advertising cookies are always off.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised clicks, scrolling and page interactions so we can see where people get stuck. Text typed into form fields is masked and not captured.
- Plausible, a cookieless page counter that stores nothing on your device.
Google Analytics and Clarity can set cookies, so we ask first. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are not measured with cookies unless they choose Allow. Elsewhere, measurement is on by default and you can switch it off with Decline. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.
How we protect it
Your data is stored securely with least-privilege access and encryption in transit. We keep it only as long as needed to serve you or to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. To make a request, email hello@vanvora.com.

Happy with how we handle your data?
Then the next step is a conversation. Forty-five minutes on how your operation actually runs, and a written summary of what we would fix first.
